Take your time. Let them “speak” to your soul and mind.

Feel free to click on each one to visit their page on DeviantArt to see a larger image and read what the artist had to say about it.

What This Card Means to Me

Think of the tale of Pandora. Through one simple act, she unwittingly and irreversibly released all the suffering and ills upon mankind. However, she also discovered the timid yet power spirit of Hope. Zeus believed that by her keeping it in the container Hope would be unavailable to mankind. I don’t believe that’s true though based on the Greek stories. Hope always came to those that called upon it within their heart. It didn’t matter what man faced, ever faithful Hope came. Every tale of heroism the Greeks told isn’t just a tale of courage, but is also one of hope. It is through the spirit of Hope that the heroes commit the greatest deeds. Zeus intended to punish us for gaining fire but in reality gave us the greatest gift of all: a weapon with which to fight the gods themselves.

Now as a writer with everything we’ve gone over with this card what comes to mind? Start writing! Doesn’t matter what it is. Stretch your mind and let The Star speak to you.

I would love it if you linked or pinged back what you wrote so I could see where you went with this.
